How do I sign up for a DEKA FIT, DEKA STRONG, or DEKA MILE?

You can sign up for a DEKA event here. For information on teams, please refer to this article. Please note, at this time, Spartan Race Season Passes do not apply to DEKA events. 

Cancellations, refunds, and transfers

The following applies to DEKA FIT events ONLY (not DEKA STRONG or DEKA MILE events, organized by our affiliate partners): 

• DEKA FIT does not offer refunds on registrations.
  If you are unable to attend the event you registered for, you can transfer the DEKA FIT registration to another DEKA FIT event only (not DEKA STRONG or DEKA MILE events). 
• You have up to 30 days after your originally scheduled event to transfer to a new event. 
• The option to defer will be taken offline the Wednesday before the event and will reopen online by the Wednesday after the event.
• DEKA FIT events will require a $35 transfer fee; the participant is responsible for any applicable price differences between events. 
• You will receive a credit for the amount paid for your DEKA FIT registration, less the service fee. 
• DEKA FIT Registrations cannot be transferred to DEKA STRONG, DEKA MILE, Spartan racers, or Tough Mudder events.

Transfer Yourself To A New DEKA FIT Event:

1. Log into your DEKA Tickets Account
2. Find the Deka event you would like to transfer, click the 3 dots on the right, and click Switch To A Different Event.
3. Find the DEKA FIT event you would like to transfer to.
4. Choose your desired time block (Note, you will only be able to transfer into heats that are not sold out. )
5. Remember to join/create any desired teams for the new event 
6. Enter your initials for the new waiver. 
7. Click "Update Information" at the bottom. 
8. The charges for the change will appear. Enter your payment information. 
9. After completing the payment, you will be entered in the new Deka Event!
   
   

Transfer your DEKA FIT Entry To A New Person:

1. Log into your DEKA Tickets Account
2. Find the Deka event you would like to transfer, click the 3 dots on the right and click Switch To A Different Event.
3. Press you would like to transfer, click Transfer Registration.
4. Enter the email address of the person you are sending your registration to.
5. Once sent, they will receive an email with instructions, the new racer will click Claim Entry.
6. The new racer will just fill out the registration form.
7. They will need to pay any difference in price between what was originally paid and the current price (if any). 
   
   

To Transfer your DEKA MILE or DEKA STRONG to a new event or to another person: 

• Transfers to alternate DEKA MILE or DEKA STRONG events will not be permitted
• If you can not attend your scheduled DEKA Strong or DEKA Mile event, you may transfer your registration to another person:
  • Please provide the new participant with a copy of your registration confirmation email (printed or visible on a phone is acceptable). The New Participant will be asked to provide this registration confirmation email on-site on event date, to get the registration transferred to their details.

How do I change my start time? 

1. Log into your DEKA Tickets Account
2. Locate the Registration you would like to change
3. Choose "Change Category" 
   Please note, you will only be able to transfer to a category that is open/not sold out.
4. Select the NEW time you'd like to compete. 
5. Click Continue and fill out the requested form
6. Click Continue and Review the Order Details
   Please note, racers will be responsible for any price difference when completing category changes.
7. Complete your order.
