DEKA FIT Referral Rebate Program

NEW for 2021, Spartan is introducing our Referral Rebate Program!
Register for a race, refer your friends and earn cash back!

How does it work?

1. Finish your registration and look for the Referral Link Pop-up window, or reference your registration confirmation email to find your referral link
2. Send your link to your friends (or share on social media) and let them know it’s time to get registered!
3. Your friend uses your link to start the registration process 
4. You earn a $10 rebate per eligible referral, that will get credited to your card on file Friday before your event (restrictions apply)
   
5. You may also find the DEKA Referal link on the DEKA landing page by clicking the blue "IceCream" at the bottom left of the page

The Details: I’m Referring Friends

This is a great chance to earn some cash back on your race entry AND get your friends out to race with you! Here’s what you need to know:

Who can be referred?

• Your friend MUST use your referral link. No exceptions.
  (reference your referral link in your registration confirmation email)
• Your friend may register for ANY available Spartan Deka Fit/ Spartan Trail event

• Your friend must be purchasing a paid registration. Seasonal Discount Codes or Promotions that provide a partial discount are still eligible, however any registrations that are completed with a 100% discount code (deferral credits, volunteer codes, Groupons, Season Pass uses, etc.) will NOT count toward your referral bonus.
  
  

Who is eligible to make referrals and earn cash rebates?

• Your registration must be a paid registration in order to be eligible to refer friends. If you use a Seasonal Discount Code or Promotion that provides a partial discount, you are still eligible, however any registrations that are completed with a 100% discount code (deferral credits, volunteer codes, Groupons, Season Pass uses, etc.) will NOT be eligible to make referrals. Only direct registrations on Spartan.com are eligible.
• You are limited to 5 referrals ($50 rebate) or the full price of your original registration, whichever is lesser, per registration that you have. 
• Spartans that registered prior to Nov. 5, 2020 are NOT eligible to refer friends and receive rebates. If you would like to participate in the referral program, you will  need to register for a paid registration, on or after Nov. 5, 2020.
  
  

What about that rebate?

• Your rebate will be credited to the card you used for your registration the Friday prior to your event. 
• Referrals and resulting rebates are tallied per completed registration that used your referral link
• You can track how many referrals you’ve successfully made by logging into your MyEvents dashboard. For instructions on how to log into your Active MyEvents dashboard, please visit this link. 

The Details: A Friend Referred Me! 

Getting referred by your friend is a great way to save you and your friend some money, while getting out to race together! Here’s what you need to know:

• You MUST use the referral link that your friend gave to you. No exceptions. 
• You may register for ANY open Spartan Trail/Spartan DEKA FIT event

• You must be purchasing a paid registration. • Spartans that registered prior to 11/05/2020 are NOT eligible to refer friends and receive rebates. If you would like to participate in the referral program, you will need to register for a paid registration, on or after 11/05/20.
