COVID-19: DEKA FIT Event Changes

This article will track all changes to 2021 DEKA FIT events due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All registered participants will receive emails directly regarding any changes. 

2021 DekaFit Event Changes

For events that are postponed, all registered racers will be automatically moved to the new race date. If the new date does not work for you, you will have 90 days from the date of the notice, or the new event date (whichever comes first) to change to transfer your event without the transfer fee.

 

To transfer to a new event: 

1. Log into your Active account.
2. Find your username in the top right corner then click My Events.
3. Under the race you would like to transfer, click Change Event.
4. Select the new Spartan Trail race you would like to enter.
5. Choose the distance you would like to enter.
6. Confirm all of your personal information and agree to the waivers. 
7. The next screen will show any difference in price you will be required to pay (if any). This will be based on the original amount you paid against the price of the race you are changing to.  
8. Once your payment info is submitted, you will get a new confirmation for the new race.
