What is DEKA?        

DEKA: from the creators of Spartan™ is the decathlon of functional fitness, featuring training and inspiring competitions designed for ALL fitness levels. The term ‘’deka’’ is derived from the Greek term meaning ‘’ten’’.

DEKA includes 10 Functional Zones (DEKA Zones) creating diverse fitness testing that provides fitness professionals and enthusiasts an objective measurement of fitness performance, which we call the “DEKA Mark.” Ultimately, this benchmark will motivate you to continue to train, test, compete, gamify and celebrate your fitness!

DEKA STRONG

Our testing, assessment and event platform designed for our affiliate gyms and studios. Features the same 10 DEKA zones with zero running (and minor modifications). DEKA STRONG promotes training with a purpose, motivation, and exercise adherence.

DEKA MILE

Our hybrid fitness test designed for fitness facilities. Features the same 10 DEKA Zones with a 160 meter run before each zone.. An excellent option for fitness challenges and events.

DEKA FIT

The Super Bowl of Fitness. Features the 10 DEKA zones with a 500m run before each zone.
